INGREDIENTS
- Marshmallow root
- Plantain leaf lanceolate
- Mullein flower
- Herb thyme
- Linden flower
- Pine bud
- A coltsfoot leaf
- Fennel fruit
APPLICATION
As a traditional remedy recommended by folk medicine in the case of colds, upper respiratory tract infections, and diseases of the throat, larynx and bronchi with severe cough and hoarseness. In case of difficulties with expectoration and breathing to open the lungs and reduce discomfort caused by catarrh.
HOW TO USE
Infusion
1 teaspoon of the mixture prepared from the set of offered products pour 200 ml of boiled water at a temperature of 96 degrees C. Leave to stretch covered for 15 minutes. Strain. Cool it down. Sweeten with honey to taste. Drink 100 ml several times a day.
