APPLICATION
As a traditional remedy recommended by folk medicine in states of excessive nervous excitement, irritability and difficulty falling asleep. It is recommended in particular to people who are under the influence of long-term stress and exposed to functioning in conditions of strong mental pressure, complaining of recurring sleep problems.
HOW TO USE
Infusion
Pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture into 1 cup of boiling water. Let it brew, covered, for 15 minutes. Drink about 2 hours before going to bed.
