INGREDIENTS
- Valerian root 40 g
- Yarrow herb 20 g
- Mint leaf 15 g
- Lemon balm leaves 15 g
- Camomile basket 10 g
APPLICATION
As a traditional remedy recommended by folk medicine in states of nervous excitation, excessive muscle tension caused by stress on the body, experiencing unpleasant symptoms of menopause and difficulties falling asleep.
HOW TO USE
Infusion
Pour a tablespoon of herbs with a glass of hot water and bring to a boil. Set aside, covered, for 15-20 minutes, strain and drink. Drink a glass twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed. For children up to 12 years of age, prepare the infusion as above, but using 1 teaspoon of herbs per glass of water (drink divided into portions 3 times a day).
